Hexing's the 96th Anniversary for CPC Foundation

On the occasion of the fiftieth anniversary of the founding of the Party, Hexing Party Committee had carefully prepared to carry out a rich and varied celebration so as to inspiring all party members to endeavor together to company's three-year goal.

On July 4, Hexing Party Committee held a grand “June 1st “meeting in the meeting room of building 2. The participants had totally 103 people, 91 members among them are the formal party.

At the beginning of the conference, the company training department will be through a small game to ignite the atmosphere of the audience, and then show the "Power of cooperation and process and efficiency."

In addition, this is first time we use the video conference so that the party colleges from other cities where they resident can join us. 

Shenzhen Research Branch Party branch was formally established in the conference. Branch secretary Lv Xiaojun through the video report the situation of with all party members in Shenzhen, and said that they finally found the organization and back to the family.

The first thing we need to do is establishment of unified value, which can help us norm staff behavior, ensure the company management advantage and sustainable development, further strengthen the sense of being master, fully mobilize initiative, enthusiasm, creativity of staff. In order to have the unified value, Hexing not only jointly issued and launched “Hexing enterprise Charter” and management thought as our main idea by Company party secretary, president and secretary of the board of directors, but carried out a series of learning activities, such as Charter training.

At the end of the meeting, the secretary of party committee Li Xiaoqing converts the traditional Chinese culture of "Self-cultivating, family regulating, state-ordering, peaceful country" to party members and hope them focus on achieving the goal, apply knowledge, bringing forth new work methods, improving work efficiency, daring to take responsibility, releasing positive energy.
